Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps (Print Format)

Crispy tortilla wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, pickles, and burger condiments. Made easy in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
03 - 4 slices American cheese

→ Condiments & Toppings

04 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
06 - 16 pickle slices
07 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

→ Seasonings

08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, breaking up the meat as it browns, until it's no longer pink. Set aside to cool slightly.
02 - Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20-25 seconds to make them soft and pliable for easy wrapping.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup on each one. Add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about 1/2 cup of the cooked ground beef to each tortilla.
04 - Fold the bottom of each tortilla up over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly to create a burrito-style wrap. Brush the tops with melted butter for that golden finish.
05 - Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until they're golden brown and crispy on the outside.
06 - Let the wraps cool for a minute or two (the filling will be hot!), then cut in half if you like and enjoy while they're still warm and crispy.

# Tips:

01 - Always warm your tortillas first - this prevents them from cracking when you fold them and makes wrapping so much easier.
02 - Make sure to use large burrito-sized tortillas for the best results and easiest rolling.
03 - Pat those pickles dry before adding them to prevent the tortillas from getting soggy.
04 - These wraps are best enjoyed fresh and hot, but you can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
05 - Air fryer cooking times can vary by model, so keep an eye on them and adjust as needed for your specific air fryer.
