01 -
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 -
Add ground beef, minced garlic, sea salt, onion flakes, and pepper to a sauté pan and cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat until no longer pink.
03 -
Stir cream cheese, barbecue sauce, and Dijon mustard into the cooked meat mixture. Set aside.
04 -
Place the rolls in a 9x13 casserole dish. Halve the second set of rolls to fit the dish if needed. Slice the tops off the rolls in one full slice. Place the bottoms of the rolls into the dish and set the tops aside.
05 -
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the rolls. Top with the meat mixture. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the meat mixture, followed by the remaining cheese. Replace the tops of the rolls.
06 -
Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish and stir in sesame seeds. Pour the butter mixture over the rolls, spreading evenly with a pastry brush.
07 -
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are heated through. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the tops are browned.
