Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

On the non-buttered side, add sliced Brie and blueberry pie filling or jam. Cover with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out.

Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Grill each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Cut in half and serve hot.
