# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 slices bacon, diced
02 - ½ pound breakfast sausage
03 - 12 Hawaiian rolls
04 - 8 eggs
05 - ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - 6-8 slices American cheese

→ For Topping

08 - 3 tablespoons butter, divided
09 - ½ tablespoon maple syrup
10 - Everything bagel seasoning, optional

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Heat a 12-inch skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
03 - Add breakfast sausage to the skillet, cook until browned and fully cooked, and transfer to the plate with bacon.
04 - In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and salt until combined. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently with a spatula until scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
05 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer with scrambled eggs, followed by sausage, bacon, and cheese slices. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
06 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small bowl, mix with maple syrup, and brush evenly over the top of the rolls. Optionally, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Cover with aluminum foil if the buns begin to brown excessively.

# Tips:

01 - You can use Pepper Jack, Cheddar, or Provolone cheese if preferred over American cheese.
02 - Assemble sliders a day in advance; bake when ready to serve.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
