Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Once heated, add the sliced bacon to the skillet. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper-towel-lined plate. Cover with foil.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and green onion.

Spray a medium skillet with baking spray and heat on medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cover with a lid for 1 minute. Flip the egg using a large spatula and fold the egg into a square to fit on the bagel. Add the cheese slice on top, turn off the heat, and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.

Toast the bagel and add desired spreads. Assemble the sandwich by layering the cooked bacon and cheesy egg onto the bagel. Close the sandwich and serve with preferred dipping sauces.
