01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
02 -
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
03 -
Cut the block of cheddar cheese into 16 evenly sized slices, then halve each slice to get 32 pieces.
04 -
Divide the meat mixture into 16 portions. Flatten each portion in your hand or on a clean surface. Place two cheese pieces in the center, then wrap the meat around the cheese to completely enclose it. Roll each stuffed meatball in your hand to seal.
05 -
Place stuffed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from oven and scrape away any melted cheese that may have seeped out. Cool before wrapping in dough.
06 -
Reduce oven temperature. For dark baking sheets, preheat to 375°F; for light-colored nonstick sheets, preheat to 350°F. Cut each biscuit round in half and shape into a circle. Flatten the dough to create a wrap for the meatballs.
07 -
Place a meatball in the center of the flattened biscuit dough. Bring the dough up and around the meatball to fully enclose it. Pinch at the top to seal and smooth out any gaps. Repeat for all meatballs.
08 -
In a small bowl, mix the egg white, water, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and parsley. Brush the egg wash over each wrapped meatball.
09 -
Place the wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. Ensure the bottoms do not burn.
