Sweet Crispy Potatoes (Print Format)

Golden potatoes, crunchy on the outside and soft inside, covered in sweet honey and smoky bacon. A delightful balance of flavor and texture.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
02 - 4 big potatoes, diced and peeled.
03 - Pieces of 2 thick bacon strips.
04 - 1 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper.
05 - A sprinkle of salt, and a little extra for boiling.
06 - 2 tablespoons of sweet honey.
07 - Parsley, finely chopped for sprinkling.
08 - Some olive oil to roast with.

# Steps:

01 - Cook diced potatoes in salty boiling water for about 8 minutes till soft.
02 - Set oven to 400°F and warm up an oiled baking tray inside.
03 - Lay the potatoes onto the hot tray, drizzle with oil, season, and roast for 30 minutes.
04 - Fry bacon till crunchy, then stir in garlic and honey.
05 - Roast for another 10-15 minutes, then toss potatoes with honey bacon topping and parsley.
