Crispy Parmesan Roasted Squash (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium squash (yellow or zucchini), thinly sliced
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Black pepper to taste
05 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and give it a light greasing so nothing sticks.
02 - Lay the thinly sliced squash in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Make sure they don't overlap so they get crispy all over.
03 - Drizzle olive oil evenly over all the squash slices. Season generously with salt and black pepper, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
04 - Pop in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges get crispy and the cheese turns golden brown. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
05 - Take them out when they're perfectly crispy and serve right away while they're still warm and at their crispiest.
