01 - 8 croissants
02 - 8 slices American cheese
03 - 8 slices ham or bacon
04 - 8 eggs
05 - 3 tablespoons oil for frying eggs

# Steps:

01 - Slice croissants in half and arrange cut-side up on a sheet pan. Broil until toasted and remove from oven.
02 - Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat. Crack eggs into the skillet, breaking the yolks. Reduce heat to medium-low, sprinkle with pepper, and cook thoroughly, flipping once.
03 - Place one slice of ham (or bacon) on the bottom half of each croissant. Top with a cooked egg and one slice of American cheese. Add the top half of the croissant to seal the sandwich. Microwave each sandwich for 15 seconds to melt the cheese.

# Tips:
