# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Seasonings

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 chopped onion
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp pepper
05 - 2 tsp chili powder
06 - 1 tsp cumin
07 - 1 tsp dried cilantro
08 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
09 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

→ Tortillas and Toppings

10 - 16 small fajita-size flour tortillas
11 - 1 can refried beans
12 - Taco sauce
13 - 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
14 - Diced tomatoes
15 - Chopped green onions
16 - Vegetable oil

# Steps:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion. Once beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease.
02 - Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne. Add minced garlic and stir well.
03 - Lightly fry the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Fry each side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Place fried tortillas on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
04 - Heat up the refried beans to make them easier to spread.
05 - Spread refried beans on a fried tortilla. Add a scoop of seasoned ground beef and a layer of shredded cheese. Top with another fried tortilla. Spoon taco sauce over the top tortilla and add more shredded cheese.
06 - Bake the assembled pizzas at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
07 - Top the baked pizzas with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions. Serve warm and enjoy.
