Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion. Once beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease.

Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne. Add minced garlic and stir well.

Lightly fry the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Fry each side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Place fried tortillas on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Heat up the refried beans to make them easier to spread.

Spread refried beans on a fried tortilla. Add a scoop of seasoned ground beef and a layer of shredded cheese. Top with another fried tortilla. Spoon taco sauce over the top tortilla and add more shredded cheese.

Bake the assembled pizzas at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.

Top the baked pizzas with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions. Serve warm and enjoy.
