Heat a cast iron skillet, cook deli pepperoni slices for 60-90 seconds per side.

After flipping patties, grill for an additional 2 minutes. Top with pizza sauce, provolone cheese, and cooked pepperoni slices. Shut grill lid and cook for 4 more minutes. Remove and place on a wire rack.

Toast brioche buns. Spread garlic mayo on buns, layer green peppers, red onions, and topped burgers. Serve and enjoy.
