Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Format)

Flaky biscuit bites stuffed with melted mozzarella, finished with rich garlic butter and fresh parsley.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 (8-count) package Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
02 - 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese, each cut into 8 equal parts

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
06 - Pinch of fine sea salt

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F to ensure it reaches the correct temperature for baking.
02 - Remove the biscuits from the package. Separate and divide each biscuit in half. Flatten each piece to approximately 0.25 inches in thickness using a rolling pin or hands, keeping a rounded shape.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. This mixture serves as a flavoring and glaze for the biscuits.
04 - Place two pieces of sliced mozzarella cheese at the center of each flattened biscuit dough piece. Fold the dough over the cheese and press the edges together to seal into a ball. Position the seam side down on a baking sheet.
05 - Brush the garlic butter mixture generously onto each dough ball using a pastry brush. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
06 - Upon removing from the oven, brush the biscuits immediately with the remaining garlic butter mixture for enhanced flavor and sheen. Serve warm to enjoy the gooey mozzarella filling.

# Tips:

01 - Use a light-colored baking sheet to prevent over-browning.
02 - Best served immediately while cheese is melty.
03 - Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
