Cut all croissants in half horizontally to create a sandwich style croissant.

Place the bottom halves of the croissants onto the baking sheet. Spread honey mustard sauce on each bottom half, reserving some sauce for the top halves.

Layer a slice of cheese, two slices of ham, and another slice of cheese onto each bottom half of the croissant.

Spread the reserved honey mustard sauce on the top halves of the croissants and place them on top to complete the sandwiches.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Use a pastry brush to coat the top of each sandwich with the garlic butter mixture.
