01 - 1 bag frozen French fries or 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
02 - 1/2 lb ground beef
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
09 - 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
10 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F.
02 - Bake the French fries on a sheet pan for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
04 - Transfer the baked fries to an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, then top with cooked ground beef.
05 - Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
06 - Drizzle sour cream over the fries. Add red onion, tomatoes (if using), and chopped herbs.
07 - Serve the loaded cheese fries immediately.

# Tips:

01 - For a vegetarian version, use black beans or meatless crumbles instead of beef.
02 - Try different cheeses like mozzarella, pepper jack, or a blend for variety.
03 - For extra crunch, broil the assembled fries for 1-2 minutes at the end.
