Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium flour tortillas
02 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor)
04 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
05 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for grilling)
08 - 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)

# Steps:

01 - Place a large skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil or butter.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half of it with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Add a layer of pepperoni slices, then sprinkle on oregano and garlic powder. Fold the tortilla in half.
03 - Place the folded tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy and the cheese is fully melted. Press gently with a spatula for even browning.
04 - Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Let cool slightly, then slice each quesadilla into wedges.
05 - Serve warm with a side of marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
