Place a large skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil or butter.

Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half of it with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Add a layer of pepperoni slices, then sprinkle on oregano and garlic powder. Fold the tortilla in half.

Place the folded tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy and the cheese is fully melted. Press gently with a spatula for even browning.

Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Let cool slightly, then slice each quesadilla into wedges.

Serve warm with a side of marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
