# Ingredients:

01 - Canola oil

02 - 1 can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers™ refrigerated flaky original biscuits
03 - 1/2 cup diced purple onion
04 - 1 cup diced cooked beef steak strips
05 - 5 oz white Cheddar cheese, cut into 10 cubes
06 - 5 slices bacon

# Steps:

01 - Heat 2 inches of canola oil to 375°F.
02 - Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a mixture of cooked beef, diced onion, and a cube of white cheddar cheese in the center.
03 - Fold dough over the filling to completely enclose. Pinch the edges to seal tightly.
04 - Wrap each sealed biscuit ball with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Carefully place the prepared balls into the heated oil and fry until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes.
06 - Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Serve warm.
