# Ingredients:

→ Poultry and Protein

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Seasonings

02 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning blend
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Black pepper to taste

→ Fats and Oils

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - ¼ cup unsalted butter

→ Aromatics and Sweetener

07 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Cream and Pasta

09 - ½ cup heavy cream
10 - 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
11 - Reserved pasta cooking water as needed

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Toss diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated on all sides.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
04 - Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Stir in honey and let it simmer for 1 minute to develop flavor.
06 - Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Let sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
07 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce. Add drained pasta and gently toss to combine. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
08 - Serve immediately while hot, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.

# Tips:

01 - For milder flavor, reduce Cajun seasoning or choose a low-sodium blend
02 - Pasta water helps create a silky sauce that clings to the noodles
03 - Best served immediately while the sauce is creamy and warm
