Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, chopped garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until chicken is well coated.

Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected. Place bottom half on prepared baking sheet.

Spread buffalo chicken mixture evenly over bottom rolls. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then place top half of rolls over everything.

Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Brush most of this mixture over the tops of the rolls.

Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts inside.

Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until tops are golden brown and slightly crispy.

Brush with remaining butter mixture, let rest a few minutes, then cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
