# Ingredients:

→ Buffalo Chicken Filling

01 - 3½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
03 - ½ cup ranch dressing
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - Black pepper to taste

→ Cheese Layer

07 - 2 cups fresh mozzarella, grated
08 - ½ cup fresh Parmesan, grated

→ For the Sliders

09 - 1 package Hawaiian dinner rolls (12 count)
10 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, chopped garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until chicken is well coated.
03 - Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected. Place bottom half on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Spread buffalo chicken mixture evenly over bottom rolls. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then place top half of rolls over everything.
05 - Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Brush most of this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
06 - Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts inside.
07 - Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until tops are golden brown and slightly crispy.
08 - Brush with remaining butter mixture, let rest a few minutes, then cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

# Tips:

01 - Rotisserie chicken saves time, but any cooked chicken works well
02 - Fresh grated cheese melts better than pre-shredded varieties
03 - Store leftovers in fridge for up to 2 days and reheat at 325°F
