Season steaks generously with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbsp butter, garlic, and thyme.

Cook steaks for another 3 minutes, flip, and cook 4 more minutes. Reduce heat to medium, baste with butter until 5°F below desired internal temperature. Let steaks rest for 10 minutes.

Season shrimp with all-purpose seasoning.

In the skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Sear shrimp for 2-3 minutes, then remove from skillet.

Add 1 tbsp butter to the skillet, sauté lobster until pink, and remove from skillet.

Add 6 tbsp butter to the skillet. Pour in white wine and clam juice, then bring to a simmer.

Whisk in heavy cream and add seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

Return shrimp and lobster to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve the sauce over the prepared steaks.
