Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls (Print Format)

Crispy golden egg rolls packed with spicy chicken, cheese, and green onions, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
04 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
05 - egg roll wrappers
06 - cooking spray

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and green onions.
02 - Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Use a little water to seal the edge.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
04 - Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
