Air Fryer Ham Cheese Wraps (Print Format)

Melty ham and Swiss cheese tucked in tortillas, crisped in the air fryer for a quick savory meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 (8-inch) tortillas
02 - 8 slices Black Forest ham
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
05 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
06 - 4 slices Swiss cheese

# Steps:

01 - Place the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm to make them easier to fold without cracking.
02 - Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
03 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard onto the tortillas. Add 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese to each tortilla.
04 - Roll each tortilla like a burrito by folding the sides in and tightly rolling them.
05 - Use a basting brush to coat the top of each wrap with melted butter.
06 - Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown, checking halfway through.
07 - Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool before cutting them in half or diagonally to serve.

# Tips:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
02 - To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-2 minutes.
03 - Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and preference for tortilla color.
