Honey Mustard Salmon Glaze (Print Format)

Sweet and tangy honey mustard coats salmon, air fried for a crisp outside and flaky inside in under 15 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Proteins

01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)

→ Glaze

02 - 2 tbsp honey
03 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp paprika
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
02 - Using a brush or spoon, evenly coat each salmon fillet on all sides with the honey mustard glaze.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
04 - Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each for proper air circulation.
05 - Air fry the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
06 - Transfer salmon to plates and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.

# Tips:

01 - Bring salmon to room temperature before cooking for even doneness. Pat dry to help glaze adherence. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Use a food thermometer to prevent overcooking. Rest salmon 1-2 minutes after cooking. For crisper edges, increase air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for last 1-2 minutes.
