# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 hot dogs (Nathan's all beef recommended)
02 - 4 hard side stand and stuff taco shells
03 - ½ pound lean ground beef
04 - ½ ounce low sodium taco seasoning
05 - ⅛ cup water
06 - ½ cup refried beans
07 - ¼ cup pico de gallo
08 - ¼ cup salsa con queso
09 - 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
10 - 2 Tbsp sliced pickled jalapenos (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until browned. Mix in taco seasoning and water, and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking up the meat into small pieces until no pink remains and liquid evaporates.
02 - Place hot dogs in a single layer in the air fryer, spacing them out for air circulation. Set to 400°F and cook for 4 minutes.
03 - Spread about 2 Tbsp of refried beans into the base of each taco shell.
04 - Remove hot dogs from the air fryer and place one into each taco shell on top of the beans. Return assembled tacos to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes at 400°F until the hot dogs are browned and taco shells are toasted.
05 - Spoon the taco meat mixture evenly over the hot dogs. Drizzle with salsa con queso and top with pico de gallo, cilantro, jalapenos, and lettuce if desired. Serve immediately.
