Warm up the butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Toss in the apple cubes, followed by the sugar and cinnamon. Let them cook down, stirring occasionally, until the apples soften a little, which takes about 5 minutes. In another small bowl, whisk the water and cornstarch until smooth, then add it to the apples. Stir and cook for an extra minute or two until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside for now.

Set your oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. This makes cleanup a breeze and keeps the little treats from sticking.
03 -
Open up the container of biscuit dough and pull the biscuits apart. Using your hands or a rolling pin, press each biscuit flat until it's roughly 1/4-inch thick. No need for perfection—uneven edges add charm!
04 -

05 -
Take each sealed dough ball, dunk it in the melted butter to coat it fully, and then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar blend until it’s evenly covered. Place them seam-side down on your prepared baking tray.
06 -
Pop the baking sheet into the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes. You'll know they're ready when they've turned a lovely golden brown and your kitchen smells heavenly.
07 -
Wait a few minutes before serving so they’re warm but not overly hot. These little bites are best eaten fresh, with their crispy exterior and gooey, sweet filling.
