Quick Asian Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup soy sauce.
02 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
03 - Pinch of red pepper flakes, if you like heat.
04 - 5 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 pound ground beef.
06 - 10 ounces of linguine.
07 - 4 green onions, chopped up.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger.
09 - 1/4 cup beef broth.
10 - 3 tablespoons of hoisin.
11 - 2 tablespoons water.
12 - 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Start by boiling the noodles as per the directions on the package. Drain and keep aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until it's browned with no pink left.
03 - Remove extra grease, stir in the garlic, and let it cook for a minute until you can smell it.
04 - Mix in soy sauce, broth, sugar, hoisin, ginger, and peppers. Stir everything well.
05 - Combine water with cornstarch. Pour it in and stir until the sauce thickens up.
06 - Toss the noodles into the skillet and let it sit for a couple of minutes to soak in the flavors. Sprinkle green onions on top.
