Ground beef, bacon, and cheddar wrapped in tender biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
02 - 1 pound lean ground beef
03 - ½ onion, finely chopped
04 - 3 slices bacon, chopped
05 - ⅓ cup cream cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
07 - 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 5 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 10 cubes
11 - 1 egg white
12 - Sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - In a large pan, brown ground beef, bacon, and onion until cooked. Drain any grease.
03 - Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Allow mixture to cool.
04 - Roll each biscuit out very thin. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on each biscuit and add 1 cube of cheese. Wrap the biscuit around the beef and cheese, tightly sealing the edges.
05 - Place biscuits on a parchment-lined pan seam side down. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put them in the oven and reduce heat to 350°F. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
06 - Serve warm. Be cautious as contents will be very hot.

# Tips:

01 - If canned biscuits are unavailable, substitute with homemade biscuits.
