In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.

Drain any extra grease from the skillet. Stir in minced garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth, heavy cream, and gnocchi.

Stir well and bring to a bubbling state. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes.

Top the gnocchi mixture with shredded Colby Jack cheese and chopped bacon. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese or place it in the oven briefly to achieve the same result.
