03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
09 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
10 - 1/2 cup beef broth
11 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
12 - 18 oz package shelf stable gnocchi
13 - 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
14 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
15 - Chopped green onions for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain excess grease, chop into small pieces, and set aside.
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
03 - Drain any extra grease from the skillet. Stir in minced garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth, heavy cream, and gnocchi.
04 - Stir well and bring to a bubbling state. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes.
05 - Remove the lid and check that the gnocchi is tender. Stir well.
06 - Top the gnocchi mixture with shredded Colby Jack cheese and chopped bacon. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese or place it in the oven briefly to achieve the same result.
07 - Top the dish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!

# Tips:

01 - Ensure gnocchi is cooked to tenderness before serving for the best texture.
