Bacon Cheeseburger Pickle Ranch Sliders (Print Format)

Sliders packed with seasoned beef, bacon, cheese, pickles, and creamy pickle ranch on toasted Hawaiian rolls.

# Ingredients:

→ Pickle Ranch

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1/2 cup milk
03 - 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning (1 packet)
04 - 1 tbsp finely chopped pickles
05 - 2 tbsp pickle juice from the jar

→ Sliders

06 - 1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Slider Rolls (12-count, kept attached)
07 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
08 - 1 tbsp steak or burger seasoning
09 - 6 slices American cheese
10 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
11 - 12 pickle slices (about 1 per slider)
12 - 1 cup freshly grated Colby Jack cheese
13 - 2 tbsp melted butter
14 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, ranch seasoning, finely chopped pickles, and pickle juice. Whisk until smooth and fully blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sprinkle with steak or burger seasoning. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon, until fully browned and no pink remains. Drain off any excess fat.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Keep the King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls attached and slice horizontally in half using a serrated knife. Place the bottom half into a 9x13 baking dish.
04 - Layer the bottom buns with 6 slices of American cheese to cover evenly. Spread the cooked ground beef over the cheese. Drizzle pickle ranch generously over the beef, reserving some for dipping. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the ranch, then top each slider area with a pickle slice. Evenly distribute the freshly grated Colby Jack cheese across the top.
05 - Place the top half of the rolls over the filling. Brush generously with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly. Bake sliders in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bun tops are golden brown. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
06 - Allow sliders to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing between each one. Serve immediately with remaining pickle ranch on the side for dipping.

# Tips:

01 - Pickle juice enhances the ranch with tangy acidity, ensuring a consistent flavor throughout.
02 - Pre-cooking the ground beef prevents soggy buns by eliminating excess grease.
03 - Freshly grated Colby Jack cheese melts better than pre-shredded options.
04 - Assemble sliders up to 24 hours ahead for efficiency. Adjust baking time accordingly.
