Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.

Spread burger sauce over the bacon layer. Sprinkle fried onions, add remaining cheese slices, and cover with top buns.
