Bacon Cheeseburger Ramen Bake (Print Format)

Juicy beef, ramen, crispy bacon, tangy sauce, and melty cheese come together in this irresistible oven-baked comfort meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs uncooked instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ½ cup ketchup
06 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
07 - 1 tsp mustard
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Optional: diced pickles or onions for topping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain off any excess fat. Set aside.
03 - Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, without using the seasoning packets. Drain well.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, ramen noodles, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is evenly coated and well mixed.
05 - Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese generously over the top.
06 - Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
07 - Once baked, remove from the oven and, if desired, top with diced pickles or onions before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Don’t overcook the ramen noodles—they’ll continue to soften in the oven.
02 - Drain the beef well to avoid a greasy casserole.
03 - Shred your own cheese for better melting.
04 - Let the bake rest for 5 minutes before serving so it sets nicely.
