01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
05 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
06 - 1/4 cup ketchup
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
08 - 2 cups minute rice
09 - 2 cups beef broth
10 - 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
11 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet, add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until no pink is visible, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain off excess grease, then season with seasoned salt.
02 - Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a light simmer for 2-3 minutes until broth is absorbed.
03 - Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles.
