Mini oven-baked burgers with seasoned beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and buttery Hawaiian rolls with savory seasoning.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef (less than 10% fat)
02 - 5-7 strips bacon

→ Cheese

03 - 6-8 slices American cheese (preferably deluxe quality)

→ Vegetables & Aromatics

04 - 1/2 cup diced white onions

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
10 - 1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning

→ Bread & Butter

11 - 12 Hawaiian rolls
12 - 1 tbsp salted butter

→ Cooking Oil

13 - 1 tsp vegetable oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bacon strips on a foil-lined baking sheet without overlapping. Bake for 12-17 minutes until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear diced onions for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add ground beef, breaking it into small pieces while cooking. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and liquid smoke. Cook until no longer pink, then remove from heat.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, keeping the sections attached. Place the bottom halves in the dish. Layer cooked ground beef, bacon pieces, double layers of American cheese, and then top halves of rolls. Brush the tops with melted salted butter and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
04 - Bake assembled sliders in the oven for 10 minutes until the tops are golden and slightly crisp, and the cheese is melted.
05 - Remove from oven and serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

# Tips:

01 - To avoid soggy rolls, assemble and bake sliders just before serving. Variations include adding lettuce, tomatoes, or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
