Cut the chicken breasts partially in half lengthwise and lay flat on a chopping board.

Divide the slices of brie and the cranberry sauce between the two chicken breasts, placing them in the middle of the cut section.

Close the chicken breasts and tightly wrap them with the slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
