Bacon Wrapped Cranberry Brie Chicken (Print Format)

Chicken stuffed with brie and cranberry sauce, wrapped in bacon, baked until golden, and extra juicy.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt and pepper to season the chicken
03 - 4 to 6 ounces (110 - 170g) brie, sliced
04 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
05 - 6 slices bacon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
02 - Cut the chicken breasts partially in half lengthwise and lay flat on a chopping board.
03 - Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
04 - Divide the slices of brie and the cranberry sauce between the two chicken breasts, placing them in the middle of the cut section.
05 - Close the chicken breasts and tightly wrap them with the slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
06 - Place the wrapped chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked through.
07 - Remove the cooked chicken breasts from the oven and let them rest on a chopping board covered loosely with foil for 5 minutes before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Do not cut the chicken all the way through when butterflying it to make folding easier during preparation.
02 - Avoid overpacking the filling to reduce the chance of it oozing out during cooking.
03 - Wrap the bacon tightly around the chicken for better presentation and to keep the filling intact.
