01 - 10 eggs
02 - 2 cups milk

05 - 5 slices bread, dried and cubed
06 - 1 1/4 pounds bacon, fried and cut into 1-inch pieces
07 - 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Lightly coat a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Layer dried bread cubes in the bottom of the pan.
02 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bread cubes. Top with an even layer of bacon pieces.
03 - Whisk eggs well. Add milk, dry mustard, and optional salt. Mix thoroughly, then pour the mixture evenly across the casserole dish.
04 - Cover the casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
05 - Remove the casserole from the refrigerator while preheating the oven to 350°F. Cook uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the center is set.
