Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Sandwiches (Print Format)

Fluffy biscuits filled with bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar for a quick, satisfying morning sandwich.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 biscuits
02 - 12 slices cheddar cheese
03 - 12 eggs
04 - 0.25 cup milk
05 - Salt to taste
06 - Pepper to taste
07 - 12 slices bacon

# Steps:

01 - In a frying pan, cook bacon until just crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
02 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add to a large frying pan over medium heat and gently scramble until done.
03 - Cut biscuits in half and place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit. Top with scrambled egg and a slice of bacon (broken in half). Add the top of the biscuit.
04 - Eat immediately or wrap individually in freezer paper if freezing for later.

02 - Use any kind of cheese you prefer!
03 - You can also bake your bacon at 400 degrees for about 13-17 minutes or until crispy.
