Set the oven to 400°F to heat up.

Take each carrot and roll it in a bacon strip, starting from its thicker end.

Put a wire rack on top of a baking sheet for airflow.

Cook for about 25 minutes, until the bacon looks like it’s starting to crisp.

Coat every side with maple syrup using a brush.

Bake for another 8-10 minutes until the bacon turns crispy and golden.

Eat while it’s still warm.
