# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb chicken wings

→ Seasoning and Coating

02 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - Kosher salt to taste
05 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

→ Buffalo Sauce

06 - 1/4 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank's Red Hot)
07 - 2 tbsp honey
08 - 4 tbsp butter

→ Serving Accompaniments

09 - Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
10 - Carrot sticks
11 - Celery sticks

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and position a wire rack over a baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, then season evenly with garlic powder, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Arrange wings on the prepared rack.
02 - Bake wings for 50 to 60 minutes, turning them halfway through the baking time, until the skin is golden and crispy.
03 - In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then add butter and cook, stirring, until melted and slightly thickened, approximately 2 minutes.
04 - Transfer the baked wings to a mixing bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly. Return the wings to the wire rack and broil on low for about 3 minutes, watching carefully until the sauce caramelizes.
05 - Serve wings immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing alongside carrot and celery sticks.

# Tips:

01 - For extra crispiness, place wings on a wire rack to allow air circulation beneath during baking.
02 - Wings can be prepared up to three days in advance and reheated in a 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes before saucing.
