Sweet Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 1/2 cup chicken stock.
03 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
04 - 2 sprigs or so of fresh rosemary.
05 - Salt and black pepper, to your liking.
06 - 1 tbsp soy sauce.
07 - 1/4 cup of honey.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
09 - 2 tbsp smooth dijon mustard.
10 - 2 tbsp whole grain mustard.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Mix the honey, two types of mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, the salt, pepper, and chicken stock in a bowl.
03 - Coat the chicken pieces by tossing them well in the sauce.
04 - Lay the chicken pieces out flat in your baking dish.
05 - Place sprigs of rosemary around the chicken pieces here and there.
06 - Bake for about 25 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken hits 165°F inside.
07 - Plate it up and drizzle the sauce from the pan on top.

# Notes:

01 - Wrap the dish with foil if you want softer chicken and more sauce.
02 - Skip covering if you’d prefer crispy chicken and a thicker sauce.
03 - If needed, swap in maple syrup in place of honey.
04 - Customize it with parmesan, hot sauce, miso, curry, paprika, or your favorite add-ons.
