01 - 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup sour cream
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/2 cup banana puree (about 2 ripe bananas)
07 - 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
08 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

→ Banana Pudding

09 - 2 cups whole milk
10 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
11 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
12 - 1/4 tsp salt
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
14 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

→ Assembly and Garnish

15 - 12 ice cream cones (waffle or sugar cones)
16 - Whipped cream (optional)
17 - Additional sliced bananas (optional)
18 - Extra crushed vanilla wafers (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in vanilla extract. Cool and refrigerate.
02 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream. Fold in banana puree, crushed vanilla wafers, and cinnamon (if using). Chill for 30 minutes.
03 - Stand cones upright. Fill each cone with cheesecake filling, then top with banana pudding.
