Layered Banana Treat (Print Format)

Light and indulgent banana dessert inspired by Chick-fil-A, layered with creamy pudding, fresh fruit, and softened Nilla wafers for a melt-in-your-mouth bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Creamy Pudding Base

01 - 3.5 ounces instant vanilla pudding powder
02 - 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1½ cups cold water from the fridge

→ Fluffy Whipped Cream

04 - ⅔ cup of marshmallow cream
05 - 2½ cups chilled heavy whipping cream

→ Layering Components

06 - 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies
07 - 5 to 6 large bananas, slightly green but mostly yellow

# Steps:

01 - Combine the condensed milk with cold water in a big bowl. Whisk well, making sure it’s smooth. Add the pudding mix, whisking fast until it’s fully blended and without lumps. Cover the bowl and chill it for around 4 hours to set.
02 - In another large bowl, beat the heavy cream until you see soft peaks. Mix in the marshmallow fluff and keep whipping until firm peaks hold their shape.
03 - Carefully mix the whipped cream into the pudding in small amounts. Fold gently to keep the light texture. Stir just until blended, making sure you don’t overmix.
04 - Using a 9x13 dish or a big bowl, stack ingredients in this order: cookies first, then banana slices, and about a third of the pudding mixture. Keep layering this way two more times, finishing with the pudding layer on top.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled vanilla wafers over the top if you want. Put the dish in the fridge for at least another 4 hours before eating.

# Tips:

01 - Tastes best if prepped the night before.
02 - Pudding might seem watery at first, but don’t worry, it firms up while chilling.
03 - Don’t slice bananas until right before serving if you want a fresher look.
