Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, breaking into crumbles. Add cooked bacon, onion, and garlic; sauté until onion is soft, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; simmer 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
03 -
Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Spread a thin layer of meat mixture on bottom of baking dish. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles on top. Spread one-third of ricotta mixture over noodles, then one-third of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with one-third of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layering two more times, finishing with cheese on top.
05 -
Cover dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
06 -
Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 -
Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top and sprinkle with green onions if desired. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
