# Ingredients:

04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp salt

08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
10 - 1 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
11 - 1 cup chopped green onions

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub and poke the russet potatoes. Bake for 45–60 minutes until tender.

04 - Fill each potato with the beef mixture, then top with bacon and cheddar cheese.
05 - Return to oven for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with green onions and jalapeños, if using. Serve warm!

01 - Feel free to use ground turkey or plant-based meat as a substitution.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F.
