BBQ Cheeseburger Sliders Easy (Print Format)

Mini burgers with BBQ beef, melted cheese, bacon, and onions baked on sweet rolls for a flavorful meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Slider Base

01 - 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
02 - 2 tbsp melted butter
03 - Sesame seeds

→ Meat Filling

04 - 1 lb ground beef
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tsp onion powder
09 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
10 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
11 - 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

→ Cheese & Toppings

12 - 6 slices pepper jack cheese
13 - 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
14 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
15 - Crispy fried onions

# Steps:

01 - Bake 6 slices of bacon at 400°F (200°C) on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 25 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven, cool, and crumble.
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once browned, drain excess grease. Add minced garlic and BBQ sauce, stirring thoroughly.
03 - Slice King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan. Add a layer of pepper jack cheese slices, followed by the ground beef mixture. Top with shredded colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon, crispy fried onions, and an optional drizzle of BBQ sauce.
04 - Place the top halves of the rolls onto the sliders. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.

# Tips:

01 - To save time, cook the bacon in advance or use pre-cooked bacon.
