If bacon is not already prepared, cook 6 pieces in the oven at 400°F on a parchment-lined sheet pan for approximately 25 minutes.

In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once browned, drain excess grease and add minced garlic and BBQ sauce. Stir to combine.

Slice King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan. Lay a layer of pepper jack cheese over the rolls.

Spread the cooked ground beef mixture over the cheese layer. Top with shredded colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and crispy fried onions. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

Place the tops of the slider rolls on. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
