BBQ Cheeseburger Sliders Hawaiian (Print Format)

Beef, cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce stacked in soft Hawaiian rolls for a crowd-pleasing, savory slider dish.

01 - 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
02 - 6 slices of pepper jack cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
04 - Crispy fried onions
05 - 6 pieces of cooked and crumbled bacon
06 - 2 tbsp melted butter
07 - Sesame seeds

→ Ground Beef Mixture

08 - 1 lb ground beef
09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
11 - 1 tsp garlic powder
12 - 1 tsp onion powder
13 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
14 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
15 - 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

# Steps:

01 - If bacon is not already prepared, cook 6 pieces in the oven at 400°F on a parchment-lined sheet pan for approximately 25 minutes.
02 - In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once browned, drain excess grease and add minced garlic and BBQ sauce. Stir to combine.
03 - Slice King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan. Lay a layer of pepper jack cheese over the rolls.
04 - Spread the cooked ground beef mixture over the cheese layer. Top with shredded colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and crispy fried onions. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
05 - Place the tops of the slider rolls on. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
