BBQ Chicken Potato Skillet (Print Format)

01 - 2 chicken breasts
02 - 5 small/medium potatoes

04 - Salt
05 - Black pepper
06 - Garlic powder
07 - Paprika

08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
10 - 1 tsp paprika
11 - 1 tsp ranch seasoning
12 - 1 tsp onion powder

13 - 2 TBSP butter
14 - 1 TBSP minced garlic
15 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
16 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
02 - Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking them a couple of times while cooking.
03 - Cut chicken breasts into cubes and cook in a skillet on medium-high heat with butter. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder.
04 - Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. Stir to combine.
05 - Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Stir everything together and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Broil in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese or cover with a lid and let sit on the stove until the cheese melts.
07 - Top with additional BBQ sauce before serving and enjoy.
