Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking them a couple of times while cooking.

Cut chicken breasts into cubes and cook in a skillet on medium-high heat with butter. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder.

Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Stir everything together and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Broil in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese or cover with a lid and let sit on the stove until the cheese melts.

Top with additional BBQ sauce before serving and enjoy.
