01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced
03 - 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
06 - 8 oz heavy cream
07 - 4 oz cream cheese
08 - 1 oz ranch dressing mix
09 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
10 - 14.5 oz Doritos Nacho Chips
11 - 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 5 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
13 - 3 green onions, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, break apart the ground beef.
03 - Add diced onions to the skillet. Stir well and continue cooking until beef is fully browned.
04 - Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 2 additional minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
05 - Pour heavy cream into a small pot over medium-high heat. Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted. Mix in the ranch dressing mix and pepper. Reduce heat to low and keep sauce warm.
06 - Spread Doritos onto a large baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over them.
07 - Spoon cooked ground beef over the chips. Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
08 - Sprinkle cooked, chopped bacon over the nachos.
09 - Place baking sheet in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, about 6 to 8 minutes.
10 - Remove nachos from the oven and drizzle desired amount of cream cheese sauce over them. Transfer remaining sauce to a small bowl for dipping.
