Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Arby’s sauce to the skillet. Stir thoroughly and let the mixture simmer on low for a couple of minutes.

Toast the onion buns in a separate skillet and warm up the nacho cheese sauce.

Build the sandwiches by placing a scoop of the beef mixture onto the toasted buns. Top with crispy fried onions and nacho cheese, then add the top bun. Serve and enjoy!
