02 - Salt and pepper as you like it
03 - 1 can (28 oz) of crushed tomatoes
04 - 1 cup of grated Parmesan
05 - 1 pound of ground beef
06 - 1 pound of pasta (rigatoni or penne work great)
07 - 2 cups of beef stock
08 - 1 cup of heavy cream
09 - Fresh basil leaves to sprinkle on top
10 - 3 minced garlic cloves

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big pot, toss in your ground beef, and brown it over medium heat.
02 - Add your chopped onions and garlic. Wait till they soften and smell amazing.

05 - Pour in the heavy cream and mix in the Parmesan until it’s all smooth and blended.
06 - Add your salt and pepper as needed. Sprinkle fresh basil on top right before you serve.

01 - Mix in the heavy cream toward the end to keep it from separating.
02 - Stir it frequently so nothing sticks or burns.
03 - Keep some pasta water on hand to adjust the sauce thickness.
04 - Let it sit for a few minutes to soak in all the flavors.
