03 - 7-8 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 pound ground beef or preferred ground meat
05 - 1 teaspoon Kinders the Blend Seasoning or other salt, pepper, garlic blend
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
08 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
10 - 48 ounces marinara sauce
11 - 1/2 cup water

→ Ricotta Mixture

12 - 15 ounces ricotta cheese
13 - 2 large eggs
14 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
15 - Dried parsley, for garnish

→ Additional Ingredients

16 - 10-12 dry lasagna sheets
17 - 4-5 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion for 5 minutes until soft and translucent. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add the ground beef to the pan and season with half of the seasonings listed. Once fully cooked, drain the excess grease if necessary. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes, then add the marinara sauce. Fill the jar with the water, shake it, and pour into the pan. Season with the remaining seasonings and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
02 - In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and a sprinkle of dried parsley. Mix until smooth and well blended.
03 - Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of the crockpot. Break dry lasagna noodles to fit and add a layer on top of the sauce. Spread a generous layer of the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mozzarella on top. Garnish with dried parsley.
04 - Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the lasagna noodles are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
05 - Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. This helps it hold its shape while scooping it out.
