# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder and black pepper
02 - 1 teaspoon regular salt
03 - 1 pound of lean ground beef
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Tangy Sauce

05 - 2 tablespoons of ketchup
06 - 1 teaspoon plain white vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
08 - 2 teaspoons of yellow mustard
09 - 1/2 cup mayo
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
11 - 2 tablespoons finely grated onion

→ Wrap Ingredients

12 - 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded
13 - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
14 - 2 cups shredded crunchy lettuce
15 - 4 small flour tortillas (6-inch)
16 - 1/4 cup sliced red onion
17 - 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles

# Steps:

01 - Blend the mayo, onion, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, and paprika in a small bowl 'til creamy. Set it in the fridge so everything blends together nicely while you tackle the other steps.
02 - Fire up a big pan on medium. Break the ground beef into bites as it cooks, stirring occasionally. When there's no pink left (around 5–7 minutes), drain the grease. Return the beef, toss in the seasonings and Worcestershire, and stir for another minute to lock in flavor.
03 - Lay the tortillas flat on a clean countertop or tray. Spoon out 2 tablespoons of that cold, tangy sauce onto each tortilla. Spread it out evenly but leave the edges clean.
04 - Share the crispy lettuce among all the tortillas. Sprinkle over the shredded cheddar, then layer on the onion slices, diced tomatoes, and chopped pickles. Use your hands to make sure it's all well-spaced.
05 - Spoon equal portions of the beef mixture over your wraps, about a quarter of the meat goes on each one. Try to spread it neatly over the veggies.
06 - Fold the sides in, then roll upwards from the bottom, packing it tightly. For extra hold, poke a toothpick through if needed. Slice 'em diagonally and serve warm.
07 - Dig in right away for the best flavor! They're a perfect mess-free version of a classic burger.

# Tips:

01 - These are easier and faster to make than a Big Mac, making them great for a laid-back dinner or quick lunch.
02 - The special sauce stays good in the fridge for up to 3 days. Perfect for make-ahead prep!
03 - Swap the tortillas out for lettuce leaves if you're going low-carb.
